Description: Mailprotector is seeking a responsible, high-energy team member to join the Marketing team to manage our MSP event efforts. This position will require travel to industry trade shows, Mailprotector hosted events, and other in person meetings as needed. At events, this team member will represent our brand, discuss our product, engage with Mailprotector prospects & partners and execute the on site strategy. We do this exclusively through a network of channel partners who rely on us for this mission critical application. We operate primarily from our headquarters in the historic Ivey's building on Main Street in Greenville, SC and remote locations around the country.

Responsibilities
- Increase net new leads, marketing qualified leads, and new partner acquisition by coordinating MSP leads, strategic relationships, and events
- Engage with and develop meaningful relationships with Mailprotector MSP Partners at events
- Manage community relationships with other vendors and trade organizations in the MSP space
- Manage deliverables for MSP digital and in-person events
- Travel 50% or more to in-person live trade show events.
- While traveling, manage booth team and execute the agreed upon booth schedule and event related activities. Ability to pivot the team as needed based on unexpected schedule changes or marketing needs. Communicate changes of expectations to booth team and manage any other changes in real time.
- Assist in pre-event deliverables, travel arrangements and meetings as needed.
- Manage all facets of trade show execution; booth set up, lead collection, networking activities, and social events. Ability to make quick decisions when obstacles arise and execute an amended plan.
- Work cross functionally with the sales and marketing teams to manage warm handoffs with engaged prospects
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
- Adaptability and works well with a team
- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present value and overcome objections
- Ability to organize and lead a team at events
Nice to Have
- Experience working in cybersecurity or other tech company
- General knowledge of Hubspot CRM platform
- Trade show coordination experience
